Rock Climbing Training: Pushing Boundaries, Setting New Standards
There are days when motivation is lacking – that’s exactly how I felt on this day.
But instead of ending my interval training after 12 rounds, as usual, I thought to myself: “Just one more than last time.”
That small moment of raising the bar changed everything. In the end, I completed 13 rounds, and the feeling of having pushed past my own limits was incredibly liberating. It shows how much can happen when you challenge yourself, break routines, and demand more from yourself.
