Peak performance is not a free lunch: Montblanc high altitude endurance training, March:
January and February saw Thomas climb frozen waterfalls and work on his endurance.
Starting in early March until mid-May he focused entirely on endurance training: following the scientific principles of his Intelligent Peak Performer® 59 sessions up to two hours on the stationary bicycle and 35 ski tours as well as 22 strength-training sessions plus regular stretching sessions.
